Anti Spiking Intensification Week

WHAT IS SPIKING?

'Spiking' is when someone has either added alcohol or drugs to a person's drink, injected a person with a substance, or contaminated cigarettes or vapes without the person knowing.

Anyone can be a victim of spiking. It's not OK, it's dangerous and it's a criminal offence.

If you would like to know more about how to spot the signs of spiking, how to report it and what happens next, please visit the NWP section on spiking.  Spiking | North Wales Police

We will be at Freshers events across the coast this month, your local event will be at Rhyl College this Tuesday, 17th September between 12 - 3pm

We will have some anti spiking aids to hand out that will help prevent drinks from being easily contaminated. Please share this information with anyone you know who regularly goes to pubs and clubs. Spiking must Stop!
