Whilst travelling on the A483 Southbound last night, Officers spotted the driver of this vehicle using his mobile device 📱

He was duly stopped and issued a Traffic Offence Report (TOR) where he will be dealt with for his actions and possibly face points on his license along with a hefty fine 💰

What's worse is the weather had dramatically changed and the driving conditions became very wet 🌧️

Reminder: Using a mobile phone whilst driving is not only an offence, but is also dangerous to the driver themselves and other road users - Please, CONCENTRATE ON THE ROADS!! 🚗
