Hi Resident

I was very pleased to launch a new cohort of Mini-Police at Ysgol Emmanuel in Rhyl, yesterday. Joined by PCSO Josh and PCSO Liam, we met with a group of extremely enthusiastic young people, who can't wait to develop ideas and projects to help and support their local community.
