✅ Contact the organisation directly using contact information on their official website to verify that the contact is genuine.

❌ Do NOT use the number or link in the message as you may be communicating with a fraudster.

✅ If you think that an email is suspicious, you can report it by forwarding the email to: report@phishing.gov.uk
✅ You can report suspicious text messages by forwarding them on to 7726.
✅ Suspicious calls can also be reported by texting 7726 with the word 'call' followed by the number that called.
