Community Safety Concern: Off Road Bikes

Good Morning Residents,

There have been several reports of off-road bikes being ridden illegally and dangerously around the Flintshire South area, predominately the Buckley area.

These bikes are often:

Being ridden at high speeds

Ignoring road laws and safety regulations 

Showing no registration plates

Riding with no helmets

Causing excessive noise and disruption 

Endangering pedestrian's and other road users while also putting themselves at risk

We take this issue very seriously and we are appealing to you for any information regarding these bikes; who is riding them, where they are being stored, what times are they most active and where are they being ridden?
